BY LAWS

ARTICLE VII
Standing Committees

1. Rules Committee
   The rules committee shall insure that the tournament rules are updated, according to changes made by the board of directors, and by USBC. they shall oversee tournament operations to insure that the tournament rules are being adhered to, and report any infractions to the Tournament Director and the Executive Secretary/Treasurer.



2. Trophy Committee
   The trophy committee shall make and maintain a list of the Perpetual and Traveling trlphies, and insure accountability from tournament to tournament. Shall make any recommendations regarding the awarding, presentation, maintenance or introduction of new trophies.



3. Banquet Committee
   The Banquet committee shall act as an advisory body to the Tournament Director, and will assist the Tournament Director.



4. All Committees
   Committees shall present a report to the Executive Secretary/Treasurer and the President of the Board of Directors prior to or at the annual meeting of the Board of Directors, and/or completion of their assignment.
