BY LAWS

ARTICLE IX
Directors Fund

These is hereby established a "Directors Fund", created for the purpose of meeting the duties and obligations placed upon the Board of Directors by these By-Laws.

Section 1. This Directors fund to be financed by a $5.00 expense fee to be added to each persons entry fee. These monies shall be used by the Board of Directors in helping to host the next years tournament, expenses, or as they see fit. (AA May 2003)
