BY LAWS

ARTICLE III
Location

The location of the tournament shall change each year, as established by the following procedure.

1. Host Cities/Agencies must be located in the geographical area as denoted in "Article V, Section 1".
2. Cities/Agencies desiring to host the tournament, shall notify the Executive Secretary of the Board of Directors, in writing of their intention to host the tournament, two (2) years prior to their desired hosting date.
3. Notification shall include the name of the person to be designated as the "Tournament Director", the location and number of bowling lanes available, Hotel accommodations, and a statement of ability to host the tournament.
