ARTICLE I
Name and Purpose

Section 1:  Name

This tournament shall be known as the Northwest Law Enforcement Bowling Tournament. (NWLEBT)

Section 2:   Purpose

The general purposes of this tournament are:

1. To provide Northwest law enforcement officers the opportunity to compete in the game of ten pins with fellow officers from various jurisdictions throughout the Pacific Northwest area.
2. To foster the spirit of good fellowship, by providing a social environment for law enforcement officers and their families to meet and become acquainted with each other.
