ALL NWLEBT Bowlers:
First and foremost, a HUGE thank-you to Dick and Dawn Morris for their quick work in getting a tournament set up for 2012 at, basically, the last minute and to all of the members who contributed to the success of the tournament!
Thank-you also to the staff and management at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Vancouver, WA and Carol and her staff at Big Al's Vancouver, WA.
Congratulations to the First Place Team (Handicap) winners "JL'S" - Jerry Lusher, JB Lusher, Dominic Jensen and Theressa Jones.
It has been decided that Seattle, WA and tournament director Bobby Hoff will host the 2013 and 2014 tournaments. The exact dates and locations will be announced when they are available - Thank-you, Bobby.
In the Board of Directors meeting this year, the cost of the trophies was discussed. The cost of the trophies this year was $580.00. The alternatives discussed were:1 - No trophies - money put into the prize fund;
2 - Certificates rather than trophies - The cost would be approximately $50.00/year and the remaining money would be put into the prize fund;
3 - Trophies as usual;Below is a representation of a possible certificate. The exact design is yet to be determined. Click on the picture and an e-mail will open. In the BODY of the e-mail, type your vote on this question. If you prefer a trophy, type "Trophy" in the body of the e-mail and send; If you prefer a certificate in lieu of a trophy, type "Certificate" in the body of the e-mail and send; If you prefer a neither and want all of the money placed into the prize fund, type "money" in the body of the e-mail and send - Thank-you for your help!
...and speaking of hosting, if anybody wants their agency to host future tournaments, please contact the NWLEBT Board of Directors by clicking on the link below. We will be happy to assist you with everything necessary.

And last, but not least...Last year Robbie McCoy suggested a "Memorial" page to the website, which we think is a good idea. If one of your family members or any other friend, who was a member of the tournament, has passed away and you would like to include that person on the "Memorial" page, please send me information about him/her and please include the date of birth and the date of passing...include a photograph also, if you would like, and I'll begin work on that.
